Field: Office Furniture
Leene is a furniture system designed to break the cycle of passive meeting culture by encouraging interactive, analog collaboration. By intentionally avoiding traditional seating positions and flat surfaces, the system challenges participants to remain physically and mentally engaged. The collection includes a mobile whiteboard and a dedicated leaning area for standing discussions. Developed through extensive 1:1 prototyping to ensure ergonomic precision, the final design shifts from formal exploration to a human-centric aesthetic.

Leene bricht mit passiven Meeting-Strukturen und fördert durch gezieltes Design interaktives, analoges Arbeiten. Das System verzichtet bewusst auf klassische Sitzpositionen und flache Tischflächen, um Bewegung und Engagement zu provozieren. Die Kollektion umfasst neben Steh-Sitz-Lösungen auch ein mobiles Whiteboard und einen dedizierten Anlehn-Bereich für kurze Abstimmungen. Der Entwurf wurde mittels 1:1-Modellen ergonomisch perfektioniert.
